Human judgment
AI can help me think, but it doesn’t make the call. I bring the context, empathy, and accountability.
How I Work
Every product starts with uncertainty. My job is to bring structure to it—understand the problem, make the trade-offs clear, help the team move, and keep learning after launch. AI helps me work faster and think more thoroughly, but it doesn’t replace judgment.
Discover
I don’t start with a feature. I start by understanding what people are trying to accomplish, where they’re getting stuck, and whether the problem is worth solving. I bring customer feedback, behavioural data, market context, and business needs together to find the patterns that matter.
AI in Practice
I use AI to make sense of large amounts of feedback, spot patterns I may have missed, and challenge my first read of the problem.
Define
This is where I turn ambiguity into a decision: what we’re solving, what we’re not solving, and which trade-offs we’re willing to make. I make the options and constraints visible so the team can move forward with confidence.
AI in Practice
I use AI to challenge the direction, explore what could go wrong, and make sure I haven’t missed an edge case or hidden assumption before the team commits.
Build
I like getting something tangible in front of people early. I work closely with design and engineering to test the riskiest assumptions, learn before they become expensive, and ship in increments that move the product forward.
AI in Practice
I use AI to turn ideas into something tangible faster—from early requirements and prototypes to the details the team needs to build with confidence.
Scale
Launch isn’t the finish line. I look at what people actually do, investigate where reality differs from our expectations, and use that gap to decide what to improve next.
AI in Practice
I use AI to explore what the data might be telling us, test different explanations, and identify where we should look next.
AI can help me think, but it doesn’t make the call. I bring the context, empathy, and accountability.
A confident answer isn’t necessarily a correct one. I check important outputs against evidence, data, and customer reality.
I’m thoughtful about what I share with AI and how customer, company, and team information is handled.
I use AI when it makes the work better—not simply because I can.
