Career Journey
01Systems Thinker
I learned to look beyond visible symptoms and understand how workflows, systems, data, and handoffs combine to shape customer outcomes. That systems-level perspective taught me to trace friction to its root cause and turn operational complexity into clear problems, practical solutions, and measurable improvement.
02Product Builder
The next shift was from defining what systems needed to do to owning what got built. I brought user, business, design, and technical perspectives together to turn ambiguity into product direction, then carried those decisions from discovery through delivery and iteration. This is where systems thinking became hands-on product ownership.
03Product Leader
That ownership expanded from individual products to the performance and strategic direction of the broader portfolio. I set priorities across growth, monetization, compliance, and user experience while aligning teams around execution and shared outcomes. Product leadership became less about having every answer and more about creating the clarity teams need without losing touch with the details that determine whether a product succeeds.

That instinct connects every stage of my career, from operations to software to product leadership. No matter the context, it’s still what guides how I think and the decisions I make.
